Every December, MAPLE LANE FARM DEMENTIA FUND INC brings families and neighbors together to celebrate the season with warmth, kindness, and purpose. Our foundation’s signature event, the Holiday Hope & Giving Celebration, invites the community to share love and light—spreading joy to those living with dementia and their caregivers through donations, gifts, and heartfelt support. Join us in turning compassion into action and moments into memories.

Our Mission
MAPLE LANE FARM DEMENTIA FUND INC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by dementia through care, education, and community outreach. What began as a small act of compassion has grown into a heartfelt mission to raise awareness, provide resources, and bring comfort to those living with memory loss and their loved ones.

Cost: Free to participate! Just bring a care item, blanket, or unwrapped gift 🎁
What to Wear: Cozy sweaters, festive scarves, or your favorite holiday outfit—celebrate with compassion!
Where It Goes: All donations go to MAPLE LANE FARM DEMENTIA FUND INC’s Holiday Giving Program, providing comfort, care, and support to individuals and families living with dementia.
🎁 Donate a Toy – Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the event or drop it off at participating bars.
👯 Volunteer – Help us coordinate, decorate, and keep the festivities running smoothly.
💖 Sponsor Us – Partner with us to showcase your business and support the community.
